We have done two fixed rate refinancings with DHA this year (2020). Rates kept falling and the costs are so low it made dollars and cents. We worked with Blasé on both loans. We now live in a large home on the San Diego coast for less that the rent of a two bedroom apartment.

DHA was quick, low cost, and very easy to deal with. We can and have recommended them to friends and family.
We and nobody we know is employed by DHA or gets ANY remuneration from DHA.
