Alicia and her team did a phenomenal job getting our mortgage closed before the end of the year. Just as we got through all the financial work and were days away from closing the appraiser made an unprecedented mistake on our appraisal which threaten to the kill the deal. Alicia fought to find a resolution to the mistake that had nothing to do with DHA. We always felt like we had an advocate on the inside we could trust to do battle for us.
