Danny Langerman has been the Owner & CEO of DHA Financial since its debut in 2001. In the years since, he has demonstrated a continual ability to provide customers with superior, boutique quality service, while also earning recognition from peers as a top lender.

Danny has additionally earned a reputation within the industry for his vision: he was an early advocate for enhancing the traditional mortgage process with innovative technology solutions – including loan underwriting and processing automation – to support customers with a faster, less complex, more satisfying lending experience.

Danny has built a team that has forged strong relationships and an enduring connection to the local Denver community. His leadership has elevated DHA Financial to be a trusted and preferred partner for Colorado families navigating their dream of home ownership.

Danny received his CMB (Certified Mortgage Banker) designation in 2001 and holds a BS in International/Global Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a longtime member of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association (CMLA).

Jennifer Langerman is the CFO at DHA Financial. She is responsible for the company’s accounting, financial planning and marketing activities. She collaborates closely on strategic planning and development, to forecast market conditions and navigate the direction of the company.

Jennifer brings a passion for detail to her work, along with a mission to leverage innovative technologies and data-driven insights for a better customer experience. She’s always looking for new tools to transform the traditional lending process into an experience that is more transparent, satisfying and rewarding for customers.

Jennifer holds a BS in Business from the Wisconsin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is a longtime member of the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver, the Madison Area Builders Association, and the Metropolitan Builders Association of Greater Milwaukee.
